Meet the Founders
Lynette Jones
President & Co-Founder; Co-developer of Relate Social Structure
I’ve spent my life figuring out what makes relationships work—really work. As a young mom raising seven kids (and coming from a family of ten siblings!), I lived through the chaos, the conflict, and the heartbreak that come with human connection. But instead of letting those struggles break me, I dug deep and discovered something incredible – a structure hidden in ancient wisdom that unlocks the way we think, feel, and relate to each other.
Now, through Pinnacle Summit Academy, I help women in tough relationships break free from old patterns, find their strength, and create the kind of deep, meaningful connections they’ve always wanted. I believe conflict is a tool for transformation, and when you understand how relationships really work, everything changes.
I teach. I coach. I share my story. And I’m here to remind you: you’re not stuck, you’re not alone, and you are absolutely capable of building a life and relationships that feel whole, strong, and true to you.
Yvonne Mughal
Vice President & Co-Founder; Accredited Relate Instructor and Family Constellation Facilitator
From my teenage years, I’ve been passionate about understanding relationships. Growing up in East Germany, experiencing my parents’ divorce, and later blending a family of six with my husband, all of it shaped my deep desire to create meaningful connections.
When my husband asked for a divorce, I refused to accept the generational pattern of broken relationships. My search for answers led me to Relate, a transformative model that helped me truly understand my husband, strengthen and renew our marriage, and bring more peace and connection into every relationship in my life.
Now, as an Accredited Relate Instructor and Family Constellation Facilitator, I guide others in using this same structure to break unhealthy patterns, deepen their relationships, and create lasting change.
